Does The Cotton Warehouse have a facility director?

Yes, The Cotton Warehouse does have a facility director that will be at your event. The facility director is your go to person the day of the wedding. The facility director will ensure that your event runs smoothly from beginning to end.

Can I bring my own caterer to The Cotton Warehouse?

The Cotton Warehouse is owned by Beyond Details, in which no outside caterers are invited. Beyond Details is voted "Best of Weddings for 2011 and 2012 by The Knot."

Can The Cotton Warehouse help me with other vendors?

The Cotton Warehouse does have a list of preferred vendors that we work very closely with. Our preferred vendors have shown a great reputation in the wedding industry by offering excellent customer service along with cost effective pricing. We can direct you to the best vendor that fits your needs.

Do I have to use Beyond Details for my floral services?

You do not have to use Beyond Details for your floral services. You are more than welcome to hire your own florist or you can even bring in your own decor (stipulations apply).

Does The Cotton Warehouse allow clients to provide liquor and beer?

The Cotton Warehouse does allow wine and beer. We do not allow liquor. The Cotton Warehouse does not hold a liquor license, in which the client is responsible for providing their own beer and wine.

What is needed to hold my date?

To hold the date for a client, we require 1/2 non refundable deposit of your estimated total.

What does your pricing include?

Pricing includes: A 5 or 6 hour block of time depending on the day, dinneware, flatware, glassware, tables, and chairs to accomodate 100 guests, one hour rehersal, one hour time slot for dress rehersal dinner. Additional rentals are available for guest counts exceeding 100.

Do you offer an outdoor space?

Yes, we have a beautiful, fully landscaped garden which borders our famous vintage inspired brick wall.

What is the maximum amount of guests that I can have at The Cotton Warehouse?

The Cotton Warehouse can comfortably hold up to 400 seated guests seated inside and 300 seated guests in our garden.

Is there a brides room?

Yes, we offer a comfy brides room which features replica interiors of an early century warehouse. We also feature a private bathroom for our brides.

Is there a food and beverage minimum?

Yes, the food and beverage minimum is as follows:

Friday and Sunday - $4,500 or $35 per person (the greater of the two).

Saturday - $4,000 or $34 per person (the greater of the two).

What other charges are associated with the rental of the venue?

The only other charges associated with the rental of the venue are additional rentals to accomodate guests over 100. A 22% service charge is also associated with the total bill to cover set up, and clean up of the venue.

Does The Cotton Warehouse require a security deposit?

The Cotton Warehouse does require a $500 security deposit to cover any damages that may occur during clients event. The deposit will be refunded to client 72 hours after event, in the case where there were no damages.

What is the one hour time slot for the rehersal dinner that is included in the pricing?

Included in the pricing is a one hour time slot for a rehersal dinner. This must be done through Beyond Details, in which the minimum pricing is $1,500 and $17 per person.
